Events

Do you have a special day or event to celebrate?  Looking for a place to hold a Women’s Day, Business Conference or other event? Look no further! Consider Pine Trail Camp the perfect place for you. Oak Openings Auditorium can hold up to 200 guests.  It has a built in sound system and multimedia projection.  Meals are available in McWherter Dining Hall.   We are committed to making your event the best retreat it can be!

*Exclusive use of the grounds requires a minimum of 110 people, or rates based on 110 guests.

Lodging: (24 or less):              $28.00/night/person, (25 or more):     One Night: $28.00/person    Multiple Nights: $23.00/person

Meals: Breakfast: $6.00/person Lunch: $6.00/person Dinner: $7.00/person Banquet Meal: $10.00/person Snacks: $3.00/person    (Includes beverage) Unlimited hot chocolate: $2.00/person

Zip Line: (Advanced reservations required)    1 hour minimum $60.00/hour

*Reservation agreement and non-refundable deposit required.
